Hello Everyone
We wanted to share some important info for this weekend.
First let us share with you the park rules.
This is a turf facility, and metal spikes, seeds, shells, candy, and gum, are prohibited.
There is NO SMOKING inside the complex including e-cigs
No skateboards, bicycles, scooters etc on any pedestrian walkways.
No pets, No alcohol, soft toss on fences, or profanity
Easy stuff, and appreciate EVERYONE doing their part.
Coaches,
please make sure your rosters are set. Check them now.
Is everyone on there?
Correct spelling of name?
Also check them again on game day to make sure something weird hasn't happened.
Any issues reach out ASAP, we will help you navigate, dont sweat it, but do not wait till last minute or you might be sweating it.
If a players parent hasn't approved them on the roster it is OK, please do not remove and then add them back as that will cause that players addition to be delayed until the state director of your state reviews it. Parent approval is NOT required.
As long as they show on your roster online you are gucci.
When you arrive to the complex, please look for the site director, who will be stationed at the front gate area waiting for you. they will check you in and get you your wrist band, card and whatever else you may need.
There will be 3 coaches bands per team, but they are for coaches on the field only.
